Bill Analysis & Management

There are some estimates that 85% of telecommunication bills have errors, which
costs businesses millions of pounds each year. We find these billing errors and
recover refunds and credits as well as correct the billings going forward. We also
analyse all current telecom services and make recommendations to provide better
service at lower costs. In most cases we lower our clients’ telecom expenses 18%
to 48%.

 

Optimising the Calls Costs

Communication Department is able to re-rate every call on any fixed line telecom carrier’s bill, however large. We can adjust the parameters of the carrier i.e. rounding and cross time band calls, making our results 100% accurate.
 

We identify any discrepancy with the calls in a bill and produce a report backed up by individually rated calls to show where the errors are. Because of our ability to handle
any size bill and the accuracy of our results we are unique in being the only company
